By using Ghazly, ordering from it or selling on it, you agree to these terms.

Ghazly is an online marketplace that connects handmade crochet makers in Egypt with buyers. Each shop sells pieces it made; Ghazly runs the site, payments and delivery.
Delivery currently covers a set part of Cairo, shown on the map when you enter an address. Orders outside it aren't accepted until we get there.
Your details must be accurate, and every order needs an Egyptian phone number because the driver calls it to arrange the delivery time.
Accounts are personal; the owner is responsible for the password and what is done with it. Ghazly may suspend any account that breaks these terms or misuses the site.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include everything except the delivery fee, which is shown at checkout before you confirm. One discount may apply to an order; it is shown in the order summary.
Each order is from one shop. The shop confirms or declines it, and the buyer is told either way.
You can pay the driver in cash on delivery, or by InstaPay or mobile wallet transfer checked by Ghazly. For a transfer, the receipt must be uploaded within 24 hours or the order is cancelled.
Cash on delivery may be turned off for an account after two refusals at the door that have nothing to do with the piece, or after missing an agreed delivery time.
The driver calls first to agree a time, then collects the piece from the shop and delivers it. The package is opened in front of the driver and the piece is checked before accepting it.
Entering the delivery code means you accept the piece, and the order is final: no returns or refunds after delivery.
If the piece is damaged or different from its description or photos, you can refuse it at the door at no cost. On a refusal the driver photographs the piece; if the photos show it matches its photos and description, Ghazly's team reviews the case and decides whether it counts as a change of mind, and no money moves until then. If you refuse because you changed your mind, the delivery fee is kept from anything paid in advance, and the refusal counts toward the cash-on-delivery limit.
If you aren't there at the agreed time, the driver tries once more at a new time. If that also fails, the piece goes back to the shop and the delivery fee is kept from anything paid in advance.
Some pieces are made after you order, in your size and colour. The shop may ask for a deposit (0, 25 or 50% of the price) paid online; the rest is paid on delivery, or everything in advance.
When the piece is ready the shop sends photos; you approve them or ask for one round of changes. If you still disagree, Ghazly's team decides.
Cancelling is free before the shop confirms, or if the shop is late or pushes the ready date. Once work has started, the deposit stays with the shop for its materials and time. Refusing the piece at the door because you changed your mind also keeps the deposit: it pays the trip first, and the rest goes to the shop.
For custom measurements or a special request, the shop may ask for an extra amount with a reason. It is added only if you accept; declining cancels the order for free. The extra can't be more than half the piece's price, and if there's no answer within 48 hours the order is cancelled for free.
Ghazly's team checks every shop before it opens and every product before it is published. Products must be handmade crochet made by the shop owner, with real photos and an accurate description.
Ghazly's fees for sellers and how earnings are calculated are shown in the shop dashboard and the seller guide before selling, and a shop is told in advance before its fees go up. Earnings are sent to the registered wallet or InstaPay address once the order's money reaches Ghazly.
If a piece is refused at the door because it is damaged or not as described, the trip fee is deducted from the shop's earnings. If a deposit already sent to the shop goes back to the buyer, it is deducted from the shop's next earnings.
By opening a shop on Ghazly, the shop owner agrees that Ghazly may use the shop's name, logo, product photos and descriptions, and links to its public social media accounts, in its ads, posts and videos to promote Ghazly and the shop, without payment. We don't change how the pieces look in the photos, and we never use the owner's personal photos or face without separate permission. When a product is removed or the shop closes, we stop using it in any new marketing; posts published before that may stay.
Messages between buyers and shops are for agreeing order details. Sharing phone numbers or arranging sales outside Ghazly isn't allowed, because payment, delivery and inspection protections don't cover them. Reported messages may be reviewed.
Each shop is responsible for its pieces and their descriptions. Ghazly is responsible for running the site and delivery and for applying these terms, and resolves disputes between buyers and shops with a final decision by its team.
These terms may change as the service grows. The date of the last update is shown at the top, and changes don't affect orders placed before them.
