We collect only what we need to run orders and delivery, and we never sell data to anyone.

Account details: name, phone number, email (if given) and your password, stored encrypted.
Addresses: the written address and its map location, to price delivery and guide the driver.
Orders and payment: the pieces ordered, amounts, payment method, and transfer receipt photos.
Messages and reviews written on the site.
For sellers: shop details, pickup location, wallet number or InstaPay address, and the work photos, account links and WhatsApp number sent for verification, and the date the shop accepted the terms.
Basic technical data: cookies needed for login, cart, language and theme, an analytics cookie that counts visits without your name, phone or email, and this device's notification subscription if you turn notifications on.
To fulfil orders, deliver them, take payments and send sellers their earnings, and to contact you about orders and your account.
To protect users: checking shops and products, verifying transfers, and automatically spotting phone numbers in messages to prevent fraud off the site.
To improve the service, for example learning which areas people want delivery to, which pages are visited and where ordering gets stuck, and fixing errors on the site.
To show shops: a shop's name, product photos and descriptions are shown to visitors on the site, and we may use them in Ghazly's ads and posts as the terms of use explain. We never use buyers' details or phone numbers in marketing.
The driver sees the buyer's name, phone and address, and the shop's name and pickup address, only to make the delivery.
The shop sees the buyer's name and the pieces ordered with their details, never transfer receipts.
Ghazly's team sees what it needs to run the service and solve problems.
We use service providers to host the site, database and images, send notifications, count visits and report site errors; they process data only on our behalf. These services' servers are outside Egypt, mostly in the European Union, and data travels to them encrypted. We don't sell data or share it for advertising.
Data is stored on secured servers, connections to the site are encrypted, and passwords are only stored encrypted.
We keep order data while your account exists and as long as accounting and the law require, and delete what is no longer needed.
You can edit your account details and addresses from your account page, and turn notifications off from the notifications page or your browser settings.
To get a copy of your data or delete your account, contact us on WhatsApp. We may keep some order records the law requires us to keep.
