Seven short steps from your first product to getting paid. Ghazly handles delivery and collecting the money.
1Set up your shopName, pickup point, and a number to get paid on.
Your shop name, a short line about your work, and your pickup point on the map (inside Cairo for now).
A mobile wallet number or InstaPay to receive your money.
2Photograph your piecesDaylight, a plain background, 3 to 5 photos.
Near a window in daylight, no flash, the piece in the middle of a light background.
Front, back, a close-up of the stitches, and one that shows the size.
True colours, no filters: a colour mismatch is the top reason pieces are refused.
3PricingYou set the price; Ghazly takes a small share of it only.
Your price covers materials, time and packaging; the buyer pays for delivery.
Ghazly's share is shown in detail in your shop dashboard after you sign up.
4Ready or made to order?The piece type, and the whole deposit is yours.
Ready: you have it now. Made to order: made after the order, with making time and sizes.
The deposit (none, 25% or 50%) is paid online by the buyer and sent to you in full once you confirm.
Before delivery the buyer approves photos of the piece. If they cancel while you're making it, you keep the deposit; if it's late or refused as faulty, it goes back to them.
5Taking ordersConfirm within a day, and chat inside Ghazly only.
You're notified of every new order; best to answer within a day.
For made-to-order pieces you set a ready date when confirming; if it's late, the buyer can cancel for free.
A special request that needs more materials? Add an agreed extra amount when confirming, and the buyer accepts it.
6DeliveryThe driver collects with a code; the buyer checks at the door.
The driver calls and collects the packed piece with a code shown on the order page. Never give a code over the phone.
The buyer checks the piece in front of the driver; once accepted there are no returns. If it's refused as faulty, it comes back and the trip is deducted.
7Getting paidTo your wallet or InstaPay, as soon as the money reaches Ghazly.
Your money is sent to your wallet or InstaPay as soon as the order's money reaches Ghazly.
